Simon currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Escalate Capital Partners. With over 23 years of banking experience in the areas of venture lending, commercial lending and bank operations, Simon was most recently with Comerica Bank, where he served as Chief Administrative Officer of the Technology and Life Sciences Division. Prior to Comerica, He was a Vice President in Silicon Valley Bank’s Semiconductor Industry lending practice. Earlier in his career, Simon was a commercial lender with Credit Suisse, the Industrial Bank of Japan and the Banque Nationale de Paris.
