Shea Di Donna manages True Ventures daily operations. Prior to True Ventures, she founded The Art of Organization in 2004, which provides professional and personal organization to business and individual clients. Shea continues to operate this business.
She previously held Administrative Management roles at two large venture capital firms. Prior to entering the world of venture capital, Shea worked as an Analyst in the CEO’s office of Barclays North America.
Shea graduated magna cum laude from Dickinson College with her BA in English and Psychology with Honors. She is a member of Phil Beta Kappa and Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology.
