Shawn Sires is the Chief Operating Officer of Real Time Matrix
Shawn leads operations and sales for Real Time Matrix. Bringing more than 20 years of senior-level expertise in business strategy and execution. Shawn has been involved in Internet and Internet related business strategies since 1992. Shawn is responsible for partnerships, product development, marketing and sales.
Prior to joining Real Time Matrix, Shawn served as managing director and partner of a major strategy consulting firm. He was responsible for developing business initiatives, market strategy and technology programs. Prior to this role Shawn was a managing director and executive committee member at Lante Corporation, an internet strategy and consulting firm where he led the Western Region operations and helped take the company public .
Earlier, Shawn served as managing partner at MCI Systemhouse, the leading systems integration and outsourcing company, where he evaluated new ventures for investments and acquisitions. Shawn’s responsibilities also included oversight of operations, sales, marketing, financials, and managing a staff of more that 300 employees.
He received a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance from the University of Arizona and a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship from the Karl Eller Center for the Study of Private Market Economics at the University of Arizona.
