Shawn Naggiar is responsible for the development, direction and management of Act-On’s sales and customer success operations.
Prior to joining Act-On, Shawn spent 6 years with WebEx Communications in various leadership positions in direct sales, channel management, and business development. He was widely recognized as a key contributor during WebEx’s growth from $80M to over $400M in annual revenues, and its eventual $3.2B acquisition by Cisco Systems.
Prior to WebEx, Shawn held various sales management positions with RedCreek Communications (acquired by SonicWall), WorldTalk Communications (acquired by Tumbleweed), Finjan Inc., and Rainmaker Systems.
