Shawn Elizabeth Bridgeman is the Vice President of Operations at Sambreel Services and oversees human resources, accounting, facilities, and legal affairs. In this role, she has built the operations department through growth from a 14-employee start-up to a 100+ employee family of companies. Shawn has a proven track record of developing strategic goals, building smart organizations, and scaling businesses. She applies Agile development philosophies to operations division management, resulting in high-performance, nimble, and accountable teams.
Prior to joining Sambreel Services, Shawn managed patent portfolios for start-up clients with Patent Crafters and consulted with small businesses on marketing strategy. She honed her skills in research and analytics at Accenture’s Institute for High Performance Business. Shawn has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Boston University.
