Shashank Khade has had 15 years of strong professional grooming in the field of financial services and its management functions. Prior to joining the Kotak Group, Shashank Khade was an integral part of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited’ private equity arm IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd (then IL&FS Venture Corporation) for five years. In 2002, he tapped the opportunity to work with the Kotak Mahindra Group as a part of its Portfolio Management team of brokerage firm Kotak Securities. He has been with Kotak Securities for over 9 years now, and has been a strong force at the firm.
Shashank Khade has a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical) from Sardar Patel College, Mumbai and a Masters in Management Studies (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) – one of India’s premier B-Schools.
