Shannon M. Wilkinson is the founder and president of Reputation Communications, a reputation management firm based in New York City.
A 20-year public relations veteran, she has experience in all disciplines of public relations, including corporate, marketing, and internal and crisis communications, event management and social media.
She is the founder of Cultural Communications, a New York City agency. In 2009, after years of creating substantial online content for clients, she launched Reputation Communications as a separate firm dedicated to providing comprehensive reputation management services. With a team of five experts including designers, editors, IT specialists and writers, the agency services clients from the professional and private sectors. Cultural Communications merged with Reputation Communications in September 2011.
Shannon Wilkinson writes the “Reputation Issues” blog and monthly enewsletter, and is available to provide media commentary on online reputation management issues. The April 2011 issue of Inc. magazine interviewed her to contribute commentary on how a $31 million Silicon Valley social media company successfully rebounded from a reputation issue.
