Sha Sykes

President of O’Allah Entertainment Inc. a management and consulting company that provides people with development planning for their future. She also is co-founder of World-Alliance-Records LLC an Independent Record Label and Executive Producer for EBM Productions.

She consults with executives from a variety of fields to help create solutions to positively influence the worlds’ future. Prior positions, she worked as 2nd Personal Assistant and A&R in support of Bert Padell (PNFW – Padell Nadell Fine & Weinberger) and Liz Martucci where she was responsible for discovering; developing new talent and initiatives that involved the relationships between the record label executives and the artists’; as well as the financial management accounts and corporations.

For the past three years’ she has been on the Events Committee of VABC – Voices Against Brain Cancer and the assistant director of development for Nickelodeon Sports Foundation also known as Iron Man Sports.
