Sergii has 11+ years experience in desktop, internet and wireless software development, integration and maintenance, including 6+ years in management positions and 3 years managing a team of 30+ engineers. Sergii holds an MBA from Kyiv Mohyla Business School. Sergii moved into software development during his PhD course at National Technical University of Ukraine. After working several years as a software engineer with C++ and Java technologies, Sergii managed several software development projects for Softline, one of Ukraine’s largest software companies. He joined Cogniance as a Java team lead and now runs our entire engineering team.
