Scott Varland is Co-founder & CEO of Socialbomb, Inc., a New York based company producing games powered by your social life. Scott recently completed his Master’s Degree in Interactive Telecommunications from NYU (ITP), after completing research into game design, social networking, physical computing, and human computer interaction. Prior to that, he served as Technology Director for GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC, a private equity firm managing more than $8 billion in equity and mezzanine capital, and on the Board of Directors for Dog & Pony Theatre Comapny, in Chicago. He received his BFA from the Experimental Theatre Wing (ETW) at NYU, in 2000.
