As Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Scott is responsible for building the enterprise sales organization, as well as customer acquisition in the large account market.

Scott has spent his career developing sales, building teams, and helping companies grow. He has a wealth of experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and enterprise application markets.

Prior to joining ServiceMax, Scott held several positions at SuccessFactors. Scott was part of the team that grew SuccessFactors sales from $4 million in 2003 to over $325 million in 2011.

Most recently he was Vice President of Product Sales. In that role, Scott led the sales organizations responsible for SuccessFactors core HR product (Employee Central) and first social software (CubeTree). During his time at SuccessFactors, Scott led the first strategic account sales team as well as the healthcare vertical.

Prior to SuccessFactors Scott held sales and management positions at industry leading companies such as Webhire, formerly Restrac and ADP.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from West Virginia University.
