Scott Sinatra is an accomplished enterprise software sales leader and executive known for his rigor in sales process, methodology, and the practical application of both the art and science of selling. With over 20 years of experience, he is a proven builder and leader of highly accomplished sales teams. Prior to Bluebox, Scott served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales at Glassdoor.com, where he led the early customer acquisition, support and monetization execution strategy to achieve 900% bookings growth over two years.

Previous to Glassdoor, Scott held senior sales leadership positions at BMC Software, BladeLogic (IPO and Acquired by BMC), Moser IT Consulting, Datalink and Parametric Technology Corporation.Scott graduated with a BS in Sports Management and Marketing from Indiana University.
