Mr. McDonald brings extensive experience in financial planning and fund raising, operations management, and corporate strategic development to Ostara. He began his career in finance, and quickly rose to the role of Chief Financial Officer, and other C-Level executive roles, at several high-tech companies where he led two initial public offerings and multiple merger and acquisition transactions. He has also served on various corporate boards, in both the public and private sector.
