Mr. Fletcher joined REI in 2006 and brings more than 18 years of professional experience in project management, systems integration, internet/intranet-based applications, database design/development, and data warehousing and business intelligence.
Mr. Fletcher has successfully led large initiatives, including the development of an award winning grants management system for the Department of Justice, a disaster response portal for the Department of Homeland Security, and an enterprise marketing and implementation database in support of the Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR® Programs. Prior to joining REI, Mr. Fletcher directed the grants management line of business for ICF International.
Mr. Fletcher received his B.A. in Business Management from Virginia Tech in 1987.
