Most recently, I spent ~4 years leading the world-wide sales organization at Jive Software, taking it from a startup to the leading vendor in the emerging Web/Enterprise 2.0 space. Prior to Jive Software, I spent 6 years at Tripwire, Inc., a provider of enterprise security and configuration management solutions. While at Tripwire, I lead the Western Region Field Sales and Inside Sales organizations. Prior to Tripwire, I spent 5 years at Rogue Wave Software, a maker of C++ and Java development tools. At Rogue Wave, I held several roles including the Director of Western Region Sales, Director of Inside Sales, and Director of OEM sales.
