Sam Frank currently serves as Vice President, Technology for Universal Motown Republic Group, a business unit of Universal Music Group.
He initiates and supports all labelwide direct-to-consumer technology initiatives and additionally leads several groupwide web and internet-related programs. He works closely with technology and marketing units across UMG and the music and entertainment industry. The position reports directly to Cameo D. Carlson, UMRG’s Executive Vice President of Digital Business Development.
Previously, Mr. Frank served as General Partner of Klimate LLC, a New York-based web development agency and Director, Marketing and Development for Nettmedia, also based in New York. He started his career at Fidelity Capital Corp / CNC.
Mr. Frank holds a B.A. in History and Art from Wesleyan University, and has completed graduate coursework at Columbia University’s School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.
