Ryan is a Product Manager at Workday. As an MBA at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, he was the 2012 William G. McGowan Fellow, named a Zell Entrepreneurial Scholar, and served as the Student Managing Director of Ross’s $5.5M student-run Wolverine Venture Fund, for which he received the David T. Shelby Award for Outstanding Leadership. Ryan designed the Amazon Web Services EC2 Reserved Instance Marketplace as a product management intern, which has been acclaimed as a huge sea change for cloud computing customers by Fast Company. Prior to business school, he worked in management consulting and designed unmanned systems for the military. He has two patent and holds both a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MEng in Engineering Management from Cornell University.
