Ryan Healy is the COO and Co-Founder of Brazen Careerist, a professional networking site that helps members create new relationships to advance their careers. He Co-founded Brazen Careerist in late 2007 after gaining national notoriety in the HR & Recruiting sectors through Employee Evolution, his community based blog about Young Professionals in the workplace.
Ryan has been named one of the country’s top Human Resource thought leaders by World at Work and Accenture, and is a recognized workplace expert for the young workforce, appearing in print publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Business Week and as a spokesperson for the new generation of young professionals on 60 Minutes and PBS Nightly News.
Prior to founding Brazen Careerist, Ryan worked as a Financial Consultant for IBM Global Business Services in Washington D.C. He holds a B.S. in Business from Pennsylvania State University.
