Russ Campanello brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership in the high-technology sector to iRobot. He is responsible for developing the company’s human resources strategy and implementing practices that maintain and enhance the company’s ability to attract and develop the talent necessary to support future growth. Before joining iRobot, Campanello served as senior vice president of human resources and administration at Phase Forward, Inc., a data management solutions provider for clinical trials and drug safety. Previously, he held senior management positions at Keane, Inc. and NerveWire, Inc. Campanello holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts.
