My personal focus has been on strategy (corporate, product and marketing strategies), corporate finance (venture capital, M&A and IPO), strategic alliances, new product development and interactive marketing, as well as building a high performance team and culture.
I have personally participated in 5 M&As (buy and sell-side), 3 IPOs, and 2 venture rounds at 6 companies in over 10 years of software and analytics companies targeting all segments: B2B, B2C, enterprise-class, mid-market, SOHO and consumer.
My experience is in CRM, marketing and anti-fraud analytics, ITIL and IT solutions working with CEO, CMO, CFO, CIO, VP Sales executives. Core vertical expertise in High Tech, Financial Services, Health Care, Media & Entertainment, Online Publishers, Real Estate and Consumer Credit.
Prior 5+ years of experience in international strategy consulting focused on growth through M&A and organic product line extensions and new customer or geographic market penetrations, primarily in Asia- Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, with 5 years living in-market. Consulted to G2000 CEOs in Aerospace, Basic Materials/Commodities (Steel, Textiles, Forestry and Agribusiness).
