Russ Dauer joined Vonage as Senior Vice President of Product Development in February of 2008. Dauer leads the organization that drives strategy for delivering innovative, consumer-responsive technology to the marketplace. His previous position was Vice President, Engineering of the Emerging Technologies Division at Avaya. Prior to working at Avaya, Dauer held a variety of leadership positions in communications, including Vice President, Engineering at Flarion Technologies, Senior Director, Business Development at the Intel Capital division of Intel Corp., and Business Unit General Manager at Dialogic Corp. Dauer is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, and received a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
