Ruggero Magnoni Non-Executive Director Italian, born 1951
Mr. Magnoni is currently Chairman of Investment Banking (EMEA) at Nomura International Limited. Previously, he had an extensive career at Lehman Brothers where he played a leading role in developing its operation in Italy. In 2000, Mr. Magnoni became Head of the European Private Equity division and Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers Inc. and in 2002 he became Chairman of Lehman Brothers International Italy. Mr. Magnoni is a member of the board of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA and currently serves as a board member and committee member for a broad range of international institutions and foundations and is also a partner of Compagnie Financière Rupert.
