Kaiman began his career in the trenches at “Entertainment Tonight.” He rose through the ranks associate producing FX’s critically acclaimed “Breakfast Time” then writing/producing the national series, “FOX After Breakfast”.

Kaiman has produced talk shows (“The Keenen Ivory Wayans Show”), game shows (“Love Connection,” “Street Smarts” and NBC’s “Let’s Make A Deal”) while producing more than 500 celebrity interviews.

He produced ethical disputes for Warner Bros.’ “Moral Court,” wrote/directed hidden camera pranks for Fremantle’s “Card Sharks,” traveled Europe and Asia producing Discovery Networks’ “Adventure Crazy,” survived Australian jungles field directing ABC’s “I’m A Celebrity-Get Me Out of Here!” and weathered Florida’s hurricanes as supervising producer of Spike TV’s “Carpocalypse.”

Kaiman was writer/producer/director of TLC’s Emmy-nominated series “Junkyard Wars,” supervising producer of Travel Channel’s “Sand Blasters” and composed and performed the scores for two independent films.

In 2005, Kaiman founded RKreative Entertainment, providing development services to leading television companies and independent producers, and creating behind-the-scenes content for major film studios and distributors.

As Senior VP of Production for Videojug.com, the world’s leading factual video website, Kaiman established, staffed and oversaw the high-definition video production for the company’s Los Angeles base, and responsible for all American-made content while working with powerful brands like Nike and MSN to create entertaining and informative video content.

Kaiman is the VP of Development and Co-Exec. Producer at Painless Productions, managing new production and development projects for the Santa Monica-based production company whose credits include original programming for Animal Planet, TLC, Discovery, VH-1, MTV, ABC Family, Disney Channel, TruTV, Fox Movie Channel and others.
