Ron is a seasoned sales executive with almost 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has built and managed sales teams that achieved significant business development objectives with key strategic customers. Prior to joining BelAir Networks, Ron was Senior Vice President, Integration and Services (North America), at Alcatel. He was responsible for managing business development and sales, as well as engineering, project management and network operations. Previously at Alcatel, Ron was Vice President of National Accounts (U.S., Caribbean and International), where he led sales growth in key vertical markets, including public safety, transportation, mobile networks and federal government. Before Alcatel, Ron was Vice President and General Manager (U.S.) at Newbridge Networks and was part of the transition team that integrated Alcatel and Newbridge into a cohesive high-performance business team. Ron also held a management position with Mitel Corporation, where he led sales to carriers, including Bell Canada.
