Ron Burkle has served as a member of Yahoo’s board of directors since November 2001. Mr. Burkle is managing partner of The Yucaipa Companies, a private investment firm, which he co-founded in 1986. Mr. Burkle also serves as a director of Yucaipa Equity Partners, L.P., Occidental Petroleum Corp. and KB Home Corporation.
