Mr. Vernon has over 24 years of software development and management experience. Mr. Vernon was founder and president of Integrated Software Solutions, Inc a custom software development company. He was also founder and CTO of a social networking company that focused on the mobile/texting market. He has held executive management positions at numerous companies including DoubleClick, CCC Information Services, AAR Corporation and US Web/CKS.
