Roger Chinchilla is Chief Executive Officer of Refundo and RushTax, a tax preparation business he founded in 2004. Prior to RushTax, Roger studied accounting at Queens College and computer science at NYU. Roger is a passionate software developer, and currently resides in Millburn, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
