Roger has over 20 years experience in Finance, qualifying as an Accountant in the early 1990’s. Roger has worked for blue chip organisations, including Motorola and Diageo and over the last 10 years for start up companies or those struggling with rapid growth. During the Dot.com era Roger was the Finance Director of a Technology Incubator, and most recently Vice President International Finance of Sapient, one of the largest Global IT Consultancies. He has extensive experience in growing business from a start up position, in enhancing a companies offering through organic growth and through strategic acquisitions. Roger has experience in company listings and has been a board member of listed plc companies in the past.
