Report to CEO. Lead all B2B and B2C Marketing for Opower, and manage the global client operations P&L for the company. Accountability spans all enterprise SaaS Marketing, Consumer Marketing on the Opower platform, Analytics, Engagement Management, and Technical Operations and Professional Services. Also manage Talent Acquisition company-wide. Scaling all teams rapidly. 120-FTE direct reporting chain.
