Rod is responsible for overall company operations and long term strategic direction. Prior to Spredfast, Rod guided Lombardi Software from a seed stage start-up company into a global leader in BPM solutions acquired by IBM in 2010. Prior to joining Lombardi, Rod has served as CEO with Mediaprise, Inc., a brand asset management software company; SVP Sales & Marketing for pcOrder.com, a pioneer in e-commerce software and Internet content services; and as General Manager at Mentor Graphics Corporation. Rod earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University, and a MBA from the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management. Rod also serves on various non-profit boards in the Austin area.
