Robin is a serial innovator over more than 20 years of experience in the computer industry.
In Logica he created a simulation infrastructure used to create bespoke simulations for the defense industry. In Reuters he created the Reuters Messaging product used by trader to instant message between each other.
In T-Mobile, Robin created T-Mobile’s first download platform for Mobile and then he became was Head of Innovations for t-zones where one of the innovative products created called News Express was released in 3 countries. A management buy out of this was followed and the product Mobizines was created. Mobizines was one of the first On-Device-Portals to use Flash to render information. Within RefreshMobile Mobizines was extended to most handsets using the Java technology. In 2007, it was realised that browsers were good enough to do most of the requirements for Mobile information portals and Mippin was created.
In 2009 Robin bought out EyeMags from RefreshMobile and founded a separate company called Alibro Ltd to further that product.
In 2010 Robin co-founded Promoht Ltd, to provide innovative new portal services for major worldwide operators.
