Rob Potter

Rob Potter has over 18 years of software development, system architecture, and engineering management experience. Rob is a strong advocate for cross-functional, Agile (Scrum), test-driven development to optimize software delivery.

Prior to founding Content Circles, he was Director of Engineering for the Xerox DocuShare Business Unit where he managed a team of 40 development, QA and customer support staff across North America, Europe and Asia. During his tenure with DocuShare, Rob led the engineering team through four major releases, including a complete rewrite of the application to scale for enterprise deployments. Prior to DocuShare, Rob held a number of other engineering positions at Xerox. Rob received a BS in Computer Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
