Mr. Rob Baxter has over 30 years of global semiconductor experience in Consumer, Telecom, and Automotive markets. Prior to joining Validity, he was at SiRF Technology as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining SiRF, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Centrality Communications, where he led the company through the acquisition by SiRF in August 2007.
Mr. Baxter has also served as Chief Executive Officer at Xanoptix / Xan3D Technologies, as Senior Vice President and Member of Office of the President at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, and as Vice President and General Manager of several Divisions in Motorola Semiconductor Product Sector (now known as Freescale) based in Europe, the United States and Asia during a 16-year career.
