RICK CROSWELL – Vice President of Marketing and Channel Management – Before joining InstaMed, Rick was Senior Executive Vice President of MBNA/Bank of America, where he had direct responsibilities over the past three decades for Marketing, Advertising, Product Innovation, and implementing and managing large scale operational strategies.
He was directly responsible for the innovation, development and market delivery of the credit card industry’s first non-American Express ‘Platinum’ card.
Rick also had direct responsibility for Operations Management, Worldwide Telemarketing, Customer Service call centers, IVR Development, Billing Dispute, Customer Retention and Customer Upsell, managing more than two million calls per day.
Rick is a graduate of the University of Maryland (B.A.) and the School of Bank Marketing, Boulder, Colorado (graduate with distinction).
He is active in the community, serving on the Executive Board of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for more than 15 years.
