Richard Heald manages the growth of the company’s global customer base as executive vice president of sales at BrightTALK. Since joining BrightTALK in 2002, he has led the company’s sales effort from its market entry to its current rapid growth phase. Before joining BrightTALK, Mr. Heald was an associate director at Schroder Investment Management and previously held similar roles at HSBC Bank and Aviva Insurance. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Leeds University (U.K.) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
