Richard is CEO/co-founder of Spoqa, social loyalty platform for mobile devices.
Richard was born in Seoul, South Korea, and was raised in Hong Kong through his teenage years. He studied biomedical engineering and entrepreneurship from Johns Hopkins University and received his masters degree from Cornell. Richard then returned to Seoul to work in a pharmaceutical R&D center for 3 years; realizing that healthcare was too conservative and slow for his liking, he since quit his job and co-founded a mobile loyalty startup called Spoqa.
