Prior to joining Brivas Technologies, Wheeless was the Chief Financial Officer at the global headquarters of Innova, Inc. He has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, credit, treasury, venture capital, corporate finance, financial reporting, and operations. He received his MBA with honors in Finance from Otterbein University and received his B.S. in Finance from Miami University. He also serves on multiple boards of directors and is an active supporter of underprivileged youth in the Cincinnati area.
