Ren most recently comes from Storm Ventures where he was an Entrepreneur In Residence. Prior to Storm, Ren was an investor at Partech International where he focused on software and internet investments. He was also Director of Product Management at Brightmail Inc (acquired by Symantec), and a programmer and a product manager at Tenfold Corporation – starting as one of the first employees and remaining through its successful IPO.
Ren holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business – UC Berkeley, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and a BA in Business Management from Claremont McKenna College. He is also a Board member at ioda.
