As the Chief Privacy Officer and Director of Content Development, Reese is responsible for overseeing and developing the company’s commitment to privacy. In addition, Reese is responsible for identifying potential content partners that support the company’s overall direction and growth goals. Previously Reese served as the Director of Business Affairs and Privacy at Classmates Online. After leaving Classmates, Reese co-founded his own telecommunications services company. Reese is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Ohio Bar Association, and The American Corporate Counsel Association, and served on the Editorial Board of the Cornell Legal Information Institute. Reese has represented software and new media companies in privacy and commercial matters throughout Europe and the United States. He has negotiated media, advertising and software licensing agreements with numerous companies including IBM, Microsoft, Yahoo, Fox, ESPN, AOL and others. Reese is a graduate of Cornell Law School and holds a Masters from New York University.
