Raymond Archie

Ray Archie, Director of Streaming Operations for CBS Radio, has extensive technology, telecommunications and business experience in the financial services, NPO, social services and multimedia industries. His work has ranged from database development/administrator for non-profits and financial service organizations to entrepreneurial ventures working to develop web based CRM solutions for the music industry and even helping start a new cable network.

While working at CBS Radio, Ray led the operations team to launch over 700 24/7 internet radio stations in less than 3 years. During that time, revenue was increased by 750% and CBS Radio firmly established itself as one of the largest internet radio broadcasters in the world.

Ray is a regular speaker at Audio Engineering Society conventions and meetings. Ray also plays jazz bass and is an avid fisherman.
