Prior to Smartscale Ray was in Senior Management at Cisco systems leading Systems Management engineering teams to help drive growth from less than a billion to over Thirty Five billion dollars in revenue.
Prior to Cisco Ray lead the creation of the Internet Services Business line for Tandem subsidiary Ungermann-Bass.
Prior to UB Ray led the migration of proprietary telecommunications management protocols to SNMP at ROLM Systems, growing the product line to $45 million in revenue.
Ray Graduated from California State University at Chico with a degree in Electronics and Computer Technology
