Ray Iglesias is an EVP, Chief Financial Officer and a director of TxVia. Mr. Iglesias is based in New York City. Previously, he co-founded Clarity Payment Solutions, a leading venture capital-backed prepaid card processor, for which he served as EVP Corporate Strategy and Planning from inception in 1999 until 2004, when the company was sold to TSYS for $53 million to form TSYS Prepaid.
