As Chief Financial Officer, Randy’s areas of focus at Spectrum are private equity finance and tax issues. He has over 18 years of experience in finance and equity investing. Before joining Spectrum in 1997, Randy was a Partner at Coopers & Lybrand LLP. There he had overall responsibility for tax and consulting services provided to over 120 venture capital and private equity clients on the West Coast. Randy worked with Coopers & Lybrand for 13 years, and was previously Vice President of Product and Tax Planning at a national real estate investment firm responsible for institutional and public offerings.
