Rami Beracha brings to Pitango international experience in professional business and investment management. Since joining Pitango in 1996, Rami has focused primarily on investments in the data networking and Enterprise infrastructure. He previously practiced law in New York at the corporate financing department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson, a leading Wall Street law firm. He earned his J.D. from Tel Aviv University, L.L.M. from Fordham University, NY, and M.B.A. from INSEAD, France.
Rami previously served on the Board of Directors of RADLAN acquired by Marvell (NASDAQ: MRVL), board of GTEKO acquired by Microsoft (NASDAQ:MS), board of Clearforest acquired by Reuters (NASDAQ:RTRSY), board of Dune Networks acquired byBroadcom (NASDAQ: BRCM) and Convergin, acquired by Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL).
