Adam Bader is a 23 year old Football Journalist and social media evangelist currently working for RealmadridTV and Real Madrid C.F in Madrid, Spain.
Adam started his journalism career at OleOle.com after the Beverly-hills based company acquired his popular football blog RealmadridTalk. He also founded and co-hosted the RealmadridTalk Podcast with Andy May, the first podcast on the internet dedicated to Real Madrid C.F.
Adam worked for the American startup between July 2008 and October 2010 when he announced he was joining RealmadridTV. At RealmadridTV, Adam reports on matches, press conferences as well as other events in English and Arabic. He also appears on the channel’s popular show ExtraTime.
His first special report for RealmadridTV and Realmadrid.com was on Cristiano Ronaldo and it went viral over the web. Adam is a regular guest on radio shows and podcasts such as Sky Sports News and TwoFootedTackle.com
Social Media Career
Before becoming a professional football journalist, Adam was working as an internet marketer and social media evangelist. He had his own websites, most notably, RealmadridTalk.
In January 2010, Adam became Real Madrid’s Online Community Manager & Social Media Evangelist, but it was only in March 2011 that his social media position with the club was made public, as he traded RealmadridTV studios for the Bernabeu to work full-time as the club’s social media manager. However, Bader still works for RealmadridTV as a freelance football journalist.
