Rahul Mewawalla is a senior executive, entrepreneur and investor. He is a global business leader with executive and entrepreneurial leadership roles at companies such as Nokia (acquired by Microsoft), NBC Universal / General Electric (acquired by Comcast), Yahoo!, Monitor Group (acquired by Deloitte) and CEO of an internet technology startup. He has been global P&L leader and business division head. He has served as Senior Advisor on Innovation to the San Francisco Mayor’s Office and has been involved with several entrepreneurial organizations.
Under Rahul's leadership, the businesses he ran grew multifold across revenues, customers and distribution and received awards for outstanding market impact and contribution. He has built and managed high growth businesses and organizations across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Rahul has received numerous business and technology awards including being named as “Top 40 under 40 Leader” in 2014 and recipient of the Future Mobile Gold Award in 2012 for outstanding market contribution and impact. He has also served as Advisor to Stanford University's Persuasive Technology Lab, Chair of the Venture Capital Task Force Committee on Services and Systems, and on the MIT-Stanford Venture Lab Planning Committee.
Rahul has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has also been involved with numerous nonprofit organizations such as the Yale-Goldman Sachs Foundation.
