Rafiq Somani is the Area Vice President for PTC (www.ptc.com). In this role Rafiq is responsible for driving PTC India’s growth in Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) across key verticals such as Automotive, A&D, Industrial, Publishing and life sciences.
Since joining PTC in 1996, Mr. Somani has held various positions in PTC’s India sales operations. Until recently Rafiq held the position of Country Manager, PTC – India. Prior to PTC, Mr. Somani served for three years with Tata Consultancy Services and prior to that was with Minicomp Computers for two years. Mr. Somani is very passionate about working towards social causes and is currently the Chairman of the “The Aga Khan Education Service India (AKESI)” a service NGO arm of AKDN
