Rachel Masters is the senior director of strategic marketing at PCH International, a provider of custom manufacturing solutions for Fortune 500 companies and startups. She also serves as a co-founder and partner at Red Magnet Media. Additionally, she is an advisor to SoundHound, TheHunt, and Bandpage.
Before joining Red Magnet Media, Masters was the vice president of strategic relationships at Ning by Glam Media, developing and managing over 300 branded social networks with partners such as 50 Cent, Warner Brother’s Telepictures, The Collective, and Ford Models. Prior to that, she was the associate director of strategic relationships and business development at Warner Music Group, where she launched new relationships with innovative digital media companies including YouTube.
Masters has also worked as an associate at StarVest Partners, a New York-based venture capital fund, and as a television producer at Cablevision, Fox, and MTV Networks.
Masters holds a bachelor’s degree in art history from Brandeis University and master’s degree in business administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She is based in San Francisco, California, United States.
