The only Indian marine Engineer who is a shayar(urdu poet)

He completed his early education in Dehradun.After B.Sc moved to Nagpur university to study Engineering.Taught Engg classes for some time ,worked as Shift Engr ,Asst.Engr etc.for a few years .Finally moved to marine and got Cert of Competancy as Chief Engr.Worked as pre purchase surveyor(ships),Floating Supt.,Management Representative,Currently working as Chief Engr on Foreign going Merchant ships. Worked on various types of vessels,viz,Gen Cargo,Bulk Carrier,Passenger,Tanker,Anchor handling vessel .He started writing when was only 13 yrs old.One Book of urdu ghazals(“AAHISTA KADAM RAKHNA”) is published,other two(“BETWEEN THE STORM “)and (“THE OTHER SIDE OF SEA”)is still unfinished. Beside this he is State Secretary (uttarakhand State) of” YOUTHS”an organization devoted to the cause of social upliftment of tribals of the himalayan state.Stayed president of college student union for two years in Nagpur University.Born in erstwhile zamindar family of Sarrah W. UP.
