Prakash Upadhyaya has more than twenty-five years of experience in leading engineering and operations teams in delivering the technological solutions and operational frameworks that enable today’s companies for success. Before joining SignalDemand, he was an executive consultant advising companies in eCommerce, business operations and business intelligence. Prior to his role as an executive consultant, he led IT Shared Services at VMware where he was responsible for business intelligence, master data management, project management office and vendor management office. He has also held a variety of senior executive engineering and operational positions at Intuit, Hewlett-Packard, HPshopping.com and Rising Solutions, Inc. where he was the CEO, transforming an India-based company into a web and mobile focused global software Solutions Company. Mr. Upadhyaya holds a MS degree in information systems from Golden Gate University and a BS degree in finance from Santa Clara University. He also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
